Who you are contracting with

This site and any order placed through it are operated by AlphaGenix Holdings LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company, trading as AlphaGenix Labs, of 22513 86th Pl, Salem, WI 53168, United States. “We”, “us”, and “AlphaGenix Labs” in these terms mean that company.

1. Research-only eligibility

You must be at least 21, provide accurate account and screening information, and act for a legitimate laboratory, analytical, educational, or institutional research purpose. AlphaGenix may refuse, suspend, or revoke access at its discretion.

2. Strict prohibition on human and veterinary use

Materials described or supplied through AlphaGenix are research-use-only reference materials. They are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cosmetic use, food use, or personal-use applications. You may not resell, redirect, or represent them for a prohibited use.

3. No medical advice or benefit claims

Website content is educational research context only. It is not medical, veterinary, pharmaceutical, nutritional, dosing, injection, diagnostic, or personal-product advice. No statement is a promise of safety, efficacy, performance, recovery, or any other benefit.

4. FDA and regulatory notice

AlphaGenix materials have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human or veterinary use. You are solely responsible for determining whether your intended research, handling, storage, import, export, and disposal comply with applicable laws, permits, institutional policies, and laboratory-safety requirements.

5. Account access and screening

Creating an account does not approve an applicant, reserve inventory, create a supply contract, or authorize a purchase. Access may remain pending until internal review is completed and may require supporting documentation. You must promptly update material changes to your research purpose or organization.

6. Documentation and availability

Catalogue entries, specifications, and research descriptions may change. Lot-specific documentation, availability, pricing, payment, shipping, and acceptance are confirmed only in writing for an approved research account. Do not rely on website information as a certificate, release decision, or delivery promise.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, evade access controls, submit false screening information, interfere with the service, scrape protected areas, or use content in a way that implies human, veterinary, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, or food use.

8. Intellectual property

The AlphaGenix name, website design, documentation layouts, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No right is granted except the limited right to use this site for a lawful research-access inquiry.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. AlphaGenix disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. AlphaGenix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, research, goodwill, or business opportunity.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes a right you have under the consumer law of your own state that cannot be waived by agreement.

11. Indemnity, termination, and changes

You will indemnify and hold AlphaGenix harmless from claims arising from your breach of these terms, false screening statements, prohibited use, or failure to comply with applicable requirements. AlphaGenix may change these terms or terminate access at any time. Continued use after an updated effective date means acceptance of the revised terms.
