Research Verification Screening Agreement

Your representations

By submitting an application, you represent that you are at least 21; your information is accurate; you are acting for a legitimate research organization or laboratory purpose; and you have authority to make these representations for the organization named in your application.

Use restriction

You agree that any material discussed or supplied is for lawful in-vitro laboratory or analytical research only. You will not use, administer, consume, sell, transfer, advertise, or recommend any material for humans, animals, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cosmetic use, food use, or personal use.

Verification and review

AlphaGenix may request business, institutional, laboratory, identity, or research-purpose documentation and may deny or revoke access if information cannot be verified or conflicts with this agreement. Account creation and screening submission do not create a supply obligation or grant purchase authorization.

Compliance and safety

You are responsible for applicable laws, institutional approvals, laboratory controls, training, storage, handling, records, disposal, and any required permits. Promptly report a suspected misuse or material error in a screening record through the research-access support channel.

Record of acceptance

Your account identifier, submitted information, acknowledgement selections, agreement version, and submission date are recorded to document this agreement. Submit an application only if you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
