Research-account checkout

Checkout requires a signed-in research account with completed screening. Eligibility, destination restrictions, and final charges are confirmed at checkout. An account alone does not authorize an order or purchase.

Destination

Shipments are limited to research addresses in the United States only. Eligibility and any shipping restriction are confirmed at checkout for an approved research account.

Handling and dispatch

The handling standard is 1–2 business days after an approved order and confirmed payment. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. USPS service is selected for the order and a tracking reference is intended to be sent when a shipment is accepted by the carrier.

Flat shipping rate

Standard U.S. shipping: $9.99 per order.

This is the standard shipping rate. The final charge is shown before an order is submitted.

Estimated delivery

After dispatch, USPS delivery is expected to take 3–5 business days for most U.S. destinations. Carrier scans, weather, and other events can affect timing; estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
