When you create a research account or submit a screening application, we collect your name, email address, organization, research role, stated research purpose, Firebase Authentication account information, and agreement acknowledgements. We may also retain technical logs needed to secure the site and administer access.

We use this information to authenticate users, assess and administer research-access requests, maintain a record of agreements accepted, respond to support requests, protect the service, and meet applicable legal or safety obligations. We do not use it to provide medical, veterinary, or personal-use guidance.

Sharing and retention

Access information is limited to personnel and service providers who need it for account administration, security, legal compliance, or an approved research-material inquiry.
